How to Use the Layoff Calculators

1. Enter Live Bets

• Reference Name: Label your bet (e.g., "Lions").
• Bet Stake: Enter the amount you’ve wagered.
• Bet Odds: Input the odds for each bet.

The calculator will display your Total Stake of the "live bets" listed and Max Profit (from one of the "live bets" listed).

2. Add More Live Bets

To enter additional live bets, click "Add Another Live Bet" and repeat the above steps.

3. Enter Layoff Bet Details

• Reference Name: Label the layoff bet (e.g., "Swans").
• Layoff Bet Odds: Enter the odds for the layoff bet.
• Set Amount to Profit: Specify the profit you want to make.

4. Calculate Layoff Bet

Click "Calculate Layoff Bet" to see:

• Layoff Bet Stake: The amount to wager for your desired profit.
• Profit Breakdown: View potential profits or losses based on which bet wins.

You can adjust the parameters of the odds and profit, but you must be sure to press "calculate layoff bet" each time you make a change.

5. Reset

Click "Clear All" to reset the calculator and start again.

Then enter the data into only one of the two other fields, as the calculator will input the data into the other field.

• Layoff Bet Stakes: Enter the amount you wish to wager for the layoff bet.
• Layoff Collect: Enter the desired collect amount.

4. Add More Layoff Bets

To enter additional layoff bets, click "Add Another Layoff Bet" and repeat the above steps.

5. Calculate Layoff Bet

Click "Calculate Layoff Bet" to see:

• Layoff Bet Stake: The amount to wager for your desired profit.
• Profit Breakdown: View potential profits or losses based on which bet wins.

6. Reset

Click "Clear All" to reset the calculator and start again.

1. Enter Quaddie Bet Details

• Quaddie Outlay: Enter the amount you’ve bet on the quaddie.
• Percentage: Enter the percentage of the quaddie you have.

2. Enter Last Leg Selections

• Reference Name: Label your legs (e.g., "1" or “Phar Lap”).
• Dividend: Enter the approximate dividend for that horse.

The calculator will display your Collect for that horse, by dividing the dividend with the percentage. 

3. Add Another Selection

To enter additional Last Leg Selections, click "Add Another Selection" and repeat the above steps.

3. Enter Layoff Bet Details

• Reference Name: Label the layoff bet (e.g., "4" or “Winx)).
• Layoff Bet Odds: Enter the odds for the horse.

Then enter the data into only one of the two other fields, as the calculator will input the data into the other field.

• Layoff Bet Stakes: Enter the amount you wish to wager for the layoff bet.
• Layoff Collect: Enter the desired collect amount.

Note: If you wish to bet again on a horse that you have in your last leg selections, type the exact same reference name as you have in the Last Leg Selections and the calculator will combine the two projected results.
 

4. Add More Layoff Bets

To enter additional layoff bets, click "Add Another Layoff Bet" and repeat the above steps.

5. Calculate Layoff Bet

Click "Calculate Layoff Bet" to see:

• Layoff Bet Stake: The amount to wager on the Layoff Bet(s) for the parameters you’ve set.
• Profit Breakdown: View potential profits or losses based on which bet wins.

You can adjust the parameters of the odds and profit, but you must be sure to press "calculate layoff bet" each time you make a change.

6. Reset

Click "Clear All" to reset the calculator and start again.
